Holiday Station Stores
Holiday is a repeat client for BCI. We have completed several new ground-up Holiday Station stores as well as countless maintenance, remodel and car wash bay upgrade projects. We love forming long lasting partnerships with clients. We know if we consistently complete projects on time and on budget as well as provide high levels of customer service that we'll produce repeat business. This is good for the client and for us. Aldi
Due to an ongoing relationship with ALDI Corporate, we were asked to help in a support role to perform the steel erection on the new ALDI store in Detroit Lakes. Although we prefer to be the general contractor, we are always willing to perform with our in-house crews.
USCU was an example of a competitive public bid that turned into repeat negotiated work. We were invited to bid the construction of their new retail location near Downtown Fargo and won that project. That first project was successful in the eyes of their board, so much so that when the next project came around in Detroit Lakes, they worked directly with us in a negotiated bid.
